Ship Solutions FI Ltd Oy is an independent privately owned consulting and engineering company situated in the town of Turku in Finland.

We are specialized for ship design, particularly concept and project design stages as well as conversion design.

Originally Ship Solutions was founded around Naval Architectural know-how and interest of 3D modelling in ship design. Nowadays the activities are expanded to ship safety issues in general.

The company goal is to find the best possible solution for customer needs.

Our main characters are passion, will, innovativity and creativity therefore we provide customers with highly motivated personnel.

Typically our customers are ship owners, shipyards and maritime suppliers as well as classification societies.

Our key focus can be divided into three main areas:

Development of ship design process and tools that help customers to do their own business on more effective way
Technical assesments of General Arrangement drawing of passenger ships related to applying rules and regulations
Ship safety issues including stability calculations, Structural Fire Protection, safety plans etc..

	Nov 2013 Ship Solutions move to new premises - new address is Läntinen Pitkäkatu 21-23 F, 20100, Turku Aug 2013 STX Finland Turku applies "ROOM-LINK" software in NAPA modeling.
